The Design Team

The creation of Urban Edge has brought together some of the finest creative forces in contemporary residential development. Inspired by magnificent city and green views, these designers plan to make clever use of light, space and air. Through innovative design, Urban Edge will reflect today's lifestyle values with seamless indoor/outdoor living.

"Rising out of a terraced embankment on the precipice of Brisbane's CBD, Urban Edge is formed by a collection of highly sculpted residential buildings delicately positioned amongst lush subtropical gardens and surrounding parklands. Informed by a sense of spaciousness, the building’s angular and directional forms deliberately celebrate the expansive views of the CBD skyline and Victoria Park Golf Course beyond. Offering the resident an abundance of features and facilities the development combines the intensity of living on the cutting edge of contemporary design with a relaxed sense of inner-city suburban living."

"Nettletontribe was challenged to reconsider the norms associated with apartment living. By re-interpreting the physical constraints associated with apartment spaces, we celebrate the opportunity to borrow and transfer filtered light. In doing this, we embrace the concept that internal spaces need not be defined by their immediate boundaries."

"Dramatic views across Victoria Park Golf Course to the city beyond have been our inspiration. A range of experiences, from open gathering spaces with city views, to intimate contemplation gardens sculpted into the terrain, will enrich the experience of living at Urban Edge."
